Leaks leaks leaks. The drain on this cooler has a split nut so it will not tighten. Tried to contact customer support. Support sends me emails asking how they did but have never asked what the problem is. They’re offering no resolution whatsoever.

    One of the latches broke soon after arrival with easy use, but VEVOR replaced the whole unit (a new latch would have been fine). So I'd still say it was well worth the price.
